Policies

Below are the policies that we have set in place in an effort to make sure that our schedule is filled with the people who need our help.  All of these are evaluated on a case by case basis, and may be waived or upheld at the discretion of management. 

Appointment Flow

We prefer each patient to follow this appointment flow as they begin their healing journey  with us:

  • Free 15 min phone consultation

  • Initial Appointment

  • Diagnostic

  • Treatment Review

  • Follow up 

  • Diagnostic / Treatment Review (see treatment plan to know when to schedule next Diagnostic  appointment)

Cancelations

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy.  Appointments canceled or rescheduled within this time frame will result in a “No Show” charge that is equal to the full price of the appointment.  This applies especially to the first two appointments. The decision to charge this fee will be evaluated on a case by case basis.

Late Arrivals

We have a 15 min cut off time if you are running late to your appointment. If you arrive after fifteen minutes it will be considered a “No Show.”

Wednesday: 10:00 am - 7:00 pm

Thursday: 10:00 am - 7:00 pm

Friday: 10:00 am - 7:00 pm

Saturday: 10:00 am - 7:00 pm
